Starting a new batch...

My stack of quilts were delivered and I've started a new stack.  First up is this quilt with mixed fabrics (cotton and polyester) which was difficult to work with.
But in the end, after quilting it turned out okay.  I backed it with flannel and it will be a good, warm, utility quilt.  Not sure about the origin, but I think it came from Oklahoma.

The next two are from Tove, who has sent me another box of tops!  Woo-hoo!  I have enough to keep me busy for a while without having to do much piecing!
I was able to load these on one backing and get a "twofer."
I've been burning up the road between home and Albuquerque taking trapped kitties to be fixed.  I've gotten all our clowder done with the TNR (Trap Neuter Return) program offered by the Humane Shelter.  A very good service to prevent more unwanted kittens.

The mixed quilt was one Sherry gave me, she , I think she got it at a garage sale! Glad you got the kitties fixed, now you can enjoy their company without them multiplying!
